You will need Acrobat Reader (a free program) to view the Admission Application file below. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, download and install the latest version here. Once you have downloaded and installed the software, you may print or save the application materials for completion at your convenience.

Joint Program Application

Application Deadlines and Submission

The MBA Joint Programs will accept applications for students who have received admission offers from the College of Pharmacy (PharmD) or College of Dental Medicine (DMD). Applications must be received no later than May 15th of the year for July matriculation. Applicants may also request an application by contacting the Admissions and Enrollment Office at 702-968-1661 or e-mail us.

Application Packet Checklist

  • Completed application. Failure to complete the entire application may delay processing.
  • Non-refundable application fee of $50 made payable to “Roseman University of Health Sciences” Applications will not be processed until the application fee is received by the MBA program.
  • Copy of Offer of Admission from the College of Pharmacy or proof of enrollment status in the College of Dental Medicine program.

Additional documentation as stated on the application, if applicable, must be received upon submission of an application. Applications will not be reviewed until applicable documentation is received. All course transfer requests must be included in the application. Transfer requests will not be accepted once the application has been received and reviewed.

Application Process

Receipt of Application

The MBA Admissions and Enrollment Office will notify an applicant via e-mail upon receipt of an application. Applications will be reviewed in the order received.

Evaluation of Applicant

The Admissions and Enrollment Office reviews the application and official transcript(s) and documentation provided by the primary program to determine applicant’s eligibility.
