The mission of the Roseman University of Health Sciences MBA program is to prepare graduates to be:

To measure student achievement (which in turn is used to initiate and implement programmatic changes), the program uses direct and indirect measures. The direct measures are an End-of-Program Comprehensive Summative Assessment and the CompXM Business Simulation. The indirect measures are the End-of-Program Survey, written business plan and the oral presentation of the business plan.
